إختطاف الطالب "محمد عرفات" لمكان غير معلوم .. ومناشدات لإنقاذه

نشر الموقع الرسمي للمرصد العربي للحقوق والحريات، قضية طالب جامعي تم إختطافه من قِبل قوات الأمن لمكان غير معلوم، ووجهت أسرته مناشدات لإنقاذ حياته.

محمد عرفات في سطور:

الطالب / محمد مصطفى عرفات – الفرقة الرابعة بكلية الصيدلة – جامعة المنصورة ,, من مدينة الجمالية بمحافظة الدقهلية .. رئيس اتحاد طلاب كلية الصيدلة – جامعة المنصورة لعام 2013/2014 .
يشهد له زملاؤه بالخلق الراقي , وسعيه في خدمة الطلاب وتفوقه الدراسي .
تم تحويله للتحقيق الإداري 6 مرات بالجامعة , وإلى مجلس التأديب 4 مرات بتهمة التظاهر دون ترخيص وحض الطلاب على التظاهر وتعطيل العملية التعليمية والاعتداء على الحرية الشخصية للمواطنين .
صدر له أمر بالضبط والإحضار من النيابة لذات التهم السابقة , وتم اقتحام منزله مرتين ولم يكن متواجداً به , حتى تم اختطافه قبل أيام بعد مراقبة ومطاردة
تم فصله فصلاً دراسياً كاملاً ومنعه من دخول الحرم الجامعي باقي العام .
وقد أرسل محمد عرفات منذ عدة اسابيع استغاثة شخصية إلى المنظمات الحقوقية ووسائل الإعلام بها كافة الانتهاكات التي صدرت بحقه …. (مرفق نص الشكوى) .

وورد في الشكوى التي كتبها قبل يوم واحد من اعتقاله يحكي فيها كل ما حدث معه:

Save The Student Mohammed Arafat

Thursday the 7th of March , Mohammed Arafat the student of Pharmacy at Al mansoora university was kidnapped from his friend’s house in Domyat city, he was taken to an unknown place as none of the nearby police and security stations has received him.

After 3 days , Araft’s family mentioned that they were informed by someone about the presence of their son at Almansoora police station and that the boy was tortured badly where the policemen were scared of it’s signs.

A week later the family finally got sure of his place as they discovered his presence at Tora Jail with high security in Cairo. The first visit of the family to the boy was on Monday 24th of March , as they found the signs of torture he suffered in Almansoora.

In a message from Arafat to his family he confirmed that he has suffered different kinds of physical and moral torture by the policeman Sherief Abu Alnaja the chief detective at Almansoora Police station, as he mentioned that his eyes were blined for more than 40 days where he was beaten senseless by hands and sticks and getting burned beside electronic stun and being punished for long hours standing or sitting in particular situations that effects the legs and sometimes even sprinkling with cold water.

Arafat added : “ I was forced to insult my family , they used to call us with female names, and my hand was cuffed at the back for five days “

Arafat also mentioned that the policemen forced him to sign papers that carries a recognition from him about murders and carring weapons.

Arafat has been taken to the investigator three times the last of it was at 18th of March without taking any leagal terms and with the absence of any lawyer with him and was renwed his temporary imprisonment, as he was charged to joining a terrorist group , preventing the state institution of doing its duties , the attack of the personal freedom of citizens , damaging the national unity and social peace and destroying the security administration room of the university.

Arafat’s family has issued a statement on the first days of kidnaping the boy to direct the responsibility of arafat’s safety to the egyption authorities , the statement was as follows :

The family of the student Mohammed Arafat directs to the egyption authorities and security the responsibility of their son’s safety ( Mohammed Arafat the student at the College of Pharmacy) that was kidnaped while spending his holiday at Domyat Thursday evening 7/3/2014 , and then taking him to an unknown place and denying his existence in all police stations, as we tried hardly to have any information about him from the moment he was kidnapped but all our attempt failed. And that means that his life is in danger through several ways. The family also has the complete right to take any leagal action if the boy was hurted in any way.

God is enough and he is the best agent …

Mohammed Arafat briefly

- Mohammed Arafat a student of the College of Pharmacy at Almansoora University , from Al jamalya City in Al Daqahlya province … President of the students union at College of Pharmacy Almansoora University 2013/2014

- His colleagues testify that he has got high morality and sophistication , and that he is always ready for helping the other students beside his academic excellence .

- He has been sent 6 times to administrative investigation at the university and 4 times to the disciplinary board because of demonstrating without a license and encouraging other students to protest and effecting the academic process and attacking the personal freedoms of the citizens.

- He was fired out of the university for a whole academic year and was not allowed to enter the university during that period

- There was an order to him to habeas corpus for the previous reasons, they breaked into his house 2 times but he wasn’t there in it , until he was kidnapped after a monitor security and locating his place through the Internet at 7th of March.
